"What can I say about David's classes and teaching skills? AWSOME, GREAT, NUMBER 1 and so much more. I have never danced before and started at the La Mesa coffee shop and in 3 1/2 months Patricia and I have transformed into butterflies. We have learned so much in that short amount of time. David's instruction is fun and will make your dancing smooth and look good. He puts in that extra time to really refine your technique and gives you a solid foundation. "We were looking forward to a visit from friends from Las Vegas. They are accomplished dancers. We had gone dancing with them before, but knew few dances. This time we wanted to be able to actually dance. We recently took a dinner cruise together, and when a Cha-cha was played, we beat them to the dance floor! We also danced a swing number. They were amazed that we were able to actually dance, and they were honored when they learned that we had taken your dance classes partly so we could go dancing together.  "When we signed up, the only dance experience we had was our first dance for our wedding. By the end of the first lesson we had already learned more than we did over 5 sessions practicing our wedding song. The feeling of "we get it" hit us right away and kept us excited to come back for more. The combination of both a man and woman teaching was most helpful, but the simplicity that comes across with David's methods along with his great sense of humor are what made the real difference.
